Does life seem like a lot of work? Does it feel like you are going on an eternal loop?
Well, the good news is that you can break all that and move into the flow effortlessly. The universe is abundant and effortless and there is no reason why every one of us, who is part of the universe, have to be struggling. The great old universe with numerous stars and galaxies to run does not struggle; they do not colloid with each other. There is a natural flow in action and as a piece in the grand puzzle we also inherit this flow. If life seems like a struggle, perhaps, you may be enjoying that struggle. What if it is ok? Do this exercise and see how things lighten up for you:
• Think about the struggle. Assess the heaviness in 0-10 (10 being max).
• Allow this heaviness to be there. Just withdraw your energy from it. Do not resist or align. Just allow it to be there.
• If any resistance comes up, give yourself permission to resist – even to resist more. Just allow.
• Now ask ‘what is beyond all this – struggle, heaviness, resistance etc‘. Move into that space.
• Move beyond that and beyond that.
Now assess the heaviness. Most likely it has reduced, right? Do it a few more times, if required. You can also use the following light matrix command:
Light Matrix, clear, cancel and transmute this.
