Creating a Light Body

You may often have heard phrases like ‘Take it lightly’. It simply means letting something pass without letting it affect you. You could remove the ‘effects’ on your body with the same light – ness. Nila is facilitating the Basic Light Medicine course. It has the body reset protocol. Body Reset Protocol uses the elements of light to cleanse the body’s energy and reset it to its original blueprint.
