For a long time, I felt like an outsider on the planet. I never seemed to fit into anything. Did not feel belonged anywhere. Do you resonate with it? Keep reading…

Don’t try to fit in

Yes, I mean it. When you try to fit into a system, you are shrinking your magnificence. Instead – Master it. Raise over it and expand it to serve you. Sounds weird?

Let me give you an example. I had loads of interest in media but I did not seem to fit in – either the system suffocated me or rejected me. I did not give up. I did not change who I was but I created my own platform and gave opportunities to many people who wanted a foot in the door. I launched my own web magazine back in 2001 which was the very first web magazine in Tamil, my mother tongue. I became the editor of it and created so many new writers and authors who went on to publishing books and writing for TV shows. This magazine led us to publish about 450 e-books and we have supplied to many national libraries around the world, so far. The interesting thing is that I became the e-publisher for authors I used to admire from a distance. The story doesn’t end there. The same web magazine created a revenue stream for me to provide IT solutions which then became the IT company I run today.
