What are you upto today? I had a blasting weekend. It was fun meeting our friends after a long time.
In the gathering, a 4 month old baby was crying non stop for more than 30 minutes as she was poorly. Feeling helpless, most of us said “poor baby” and obviously that did not help her in anyway.
I picked her up and started asking questions to her: How does it get any better than this? Is this all yours? What would it take to make you comfortable? What energy, space and consciousness can you/your body be for you to feel lighter? What energy, space and consciousness can I/my body be for you to feel lighter? What energy, space and consciousness can your parents/their body be for you to feel lighter? What would it take to receive contribution from all the molecules of the universe to make you feel lighter?
I kept repeating these questions and she calmed down in a few minutes! Such a sweet darling she is! Now you got my secret on calming babies 🙂
Question for you:
In the name of sympathy, are we making others victims some times? What if they are capable of handling themselves and all they need is just that recognition? Would you choose to be that energy, space and consciousness where they can realize that they are infinite beings? Or would you affirm with them that they are victims?
